Hi, I’m Amanda—a Licensed Professional Counselor passionate about helping clients find Hope in Suffering through Real Solutions that Last!

My counseling approach is warm, open, and collaborative—rooted in evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and trauma-informed care. I focus on empowering clients through their own strengths, promoting autonomy, and helping them develop practical skills to navigate life’s challenges. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply need a safe space to talk, I’m here to walk alongside you with compassion, respect, and solution-focused support.

For clients who desire it, I offer Christian faith integration as part of the counseling process. I am actively engaged in my own Christian faith and enjoy working from a Christ-centered perspective, while always honoring each client’s individual beliefs and background. My commitment is to provide a safe, respectful, and nonjudgmental space for everyone—I welcome and support clients from all walks of life. Faith integration is entirely optional and never required to receive care.

I hold a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and bring over 11 years of experience in both private practice and community mental health settings. I believe therapy should be a space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to grow—personally, relationally, and spiritually.

When you’re ready to take the next step, I’d be honored to work with you.
