Below you will find a detailed breakdown of our service fees, accepted insurance plans, and payment policies.
Standard Service Rates
These rates apply to self-pay clients and those using out-of-network benefits.
Individual Counseling (50 min): $150
Couples Counseling (50 min): $150
Love and Logic® Parenting Course: $90 per individual | $135 per couple
Discounted Care Package Available for self-pay clients only.
10-Session Pre-Paid Package: $1,250 (This package offers a total savings of 250 off the standard rate. The full amount is due upfront and is non-refundable.)
Insurance Coverage
Revelation Counseling Center is in-network with several major providers. If you choose to use insurance, we will handle the claims submission process for you.

Aetna: SC & NC
Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS): SC & NC
Cigna / Evernorth: SC, NC, & ID (Includes EAP)
United Healthcare / Optum: SC, NC, MN, & ID (Includes EAP)
Tricare East: All applicable regions
Verify Your Benefits: Insurance plans vary widely. We highly recommend calling the number on the back of your insurance card before your first session to ask:
Do I have outpatient mental health benefits?
Is Revelation Counseling Center considered in-network for my specific plan?
Do I have a deductible to meet before coverage kicks in?
What is my co-pay or co-insurance amount per session?
Out-of-Network Benefits
If we are not in-network with your insurance, you may still be able to use your benefits. You would pay the full session fee at the time of service, and we will provide you with a Superbill (a medical receipt) at the end of the month to submit for reimbursement.

Payment Methods
We accept the following forms of payment. A valid credit or debit card is required on file to reserve your appointment time.
Credit / Debit Cards (Visa, MC, Amex, Discover)
HSA / FSA Cards (Health Savings & Flexible Spending Accounts)
All payments are processed securely via our HIPAA-compliant portal, SimplePractice.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. In order to provide the best care to all clients, we adhere to the following policy:
24-Hour Notice: You must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment to avoid a fee.
The Fee: Missed appointments or late cancellations are subject to a $100 fee. (Please note: Insurance companies do not pay for missed sessions; this fee is the client's responsibility.)
Grace Period: We allow a 10-minute grace period for telehealth sessions. If you have not logged on within 10 minutes, the session will be considered a "No-Show" and the fee will apply.
Rescheduling Exception: If you need to cancel but are able to reschedule for another time within the same week (subject to availability), the fee may be waived.
