• Individual Counseling: $150 per session

• Couples Counseling: $150 per session

• 10 Session Pre-Paid Package: $1,250

• Love and Logic Parenting Course: $50

Insurance & Coverage

• In-Network:

  • Aetna - SC & NC

  • BCBS - SC & NC (NC beginning 11/21/2025)

  • Cigna/Evernorth - SC, NC, & ID

  • Cigna/Evernorth EAP

  • United Healthcare/Optum - SC, NC

  • United Healthcare/Optum EAP

• It’s highly recommended that you verify coverage with your insurance company by asking:

  • Do I have mental health benefits?

  • Is Revelation Counseling Center in-network?

  • What is my copay or coinsurance for outpatient therapy?

• We can submit claims on your behalf for in-network benefits

• Out-of-Network Information:

  • If we are out-of-network with your insurance, we can provide a monthly superbill (detailed invoice) that you may submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.

  • We recommend asking your insurance carrier:

    • Do I have out-of-network benefits for mental health?

    • What is the reimbursement rate for CPT code: 90791, 90837, 90834, & 90832

Payment Options

• Methods accepted: credit/debit card, online payments, HSA/FSA

• All payments are processed securely through SimplePractice

Payment Policies

• Clients are responsible for any copays, coinsurance, deductibles, or other out-of-pocket or non-insurance covered fees

• Payment is due at time of service unless other arrangements are made

• A valid credit/debit card is required to reserve appointments

Missed Appointments Policy

• In order to provide the best care and most effective treatment, Revelation Counseling Center adheres to the following policy:

  • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment

  • A 10-minute grace period is given. If there is no contact within 10 minutes of session time, Revelation Counseling Center reserves the right to cancel the appointment and charge the no-show fee

  • If a reschedule occurs within the same week, the missed appointment fee is waived

  • Missed appointments are subject to the following fees:

    • No show: $110

    • Late cancellation: $85

    • Missed appointment fees are not covered by insurance and payment is the responsibility of the client
