A group of people seated in a modern, spacious lounge area with large glass windows. They are facing a speaker at the front and some are using laptops or smartphones. There are small tables with candles and a large TV screen. The room has a high ceiling with visible ductwork and green pipes, wooden flooring, and a security camera hanging from the ceiling.

  • Workshops can be delivered in-person or virtually.

  • Content and format are customizable to meet your organization’s goals and audience.

  • We collaborate with you to determine the most relevant topics and scheduling.

Important Note on Groups

While our groups are led by mental health professionals or trained facilitators, our educational workshops (such as Love and Logic®) are designed for skill-building and support, not clinical group therapy. Participation does not establish a therapist-patient relationship.
